With Winter right around the corner. Fall Preventive Maintenance for your heating system is essential. A PMI (preventative maintenance inspection) helps keep your heating system running efficiently. It helps to detect and prevent potential issues with your system.

During the PMI, a trained and dedicated technician will check system operations. Check all motors and electrical connections. Check the air filter and clean or replace as needed. A 1-inch filter is included in the cost of the PMI. Larger filters are not included and will be charged separately.
Cost of PMI:
Pricing for gas-fired furnaces only
One system - $110.00
Two systems - $195.00
Three systems - $275.00
Humidifier cleaning, if done at the time of PMI, is an additional charge of $49.00
